Does Town Hospital accept MetLife insurance?
Yes. Town Hospital is contracted with MetLife. Bring your insurance card and national ID, and we handle the approval and cashless billing for you.
Is Town Hospital contracted with AXA?
Yes, the AXA contract is active. We recommend confirming coverage for your specific procedure before your visit by calling 15276.
Do you accept NextCare or GlobeMed?
Yes. Town Hospital is contracted with NextCare, GlobeMed, Med Right, Med Mark and other medical networks.
What is cashless billing?
It means you do not pay cash for covered services. We deal with the insurer directly and handle the paperwork and approvals; you only pay any co-payment or difference.
How do I check whether my insurance is accepted?
Call 15276 before your visit with your insurer's name and policy number, and our insurance team will confirm your coverage and any required approvals.
Do you work with syndicates and government bodies?
Yes. Town Hospital is contracted with the Medical Syndicate, the Engineers Syndicate and a number of government bodies and major companies.
